Refund & Exchange Policy

We can only exchange RTW pieces in our showroom, and the customer must pay delivery costs if it’s required and any price differences.

Items that have been customized cannot be refunded or exchanged, including size adjustments, length adjustments, or any other adjustments, such as adding buttons.

Customers are allowed to exchange the order only once.

You can request an exchange within a maximum of 3 days from the date of purchase.

When exchanging an order purchased during a sale period, the customer must pay the difference between the current and discount prices.

The product will not be exchanged if it is damaged.
